What if there is damage or an incident?
Promptly notify Speed of any damage, theft, accident, or mechanical issue. In an accident, stop safely, contact emergency services when necessary, and comply with reporting requirements. Provide relevant incident details and photographs and cooperate with inspection, documentation, insurance, and claims procedures. Responsibility is evaluated using the evidence, rental agreement, insurance provisions, and applicable law; pre-existing damage is not charged merely because it is discovered after the rental.
